How dividi protects what you track: encryption in transit and at rest, passwordless sign-in, app integrity verification, and data minimization.
The principle
Security starts with data minimization
dividi is an organization tool. It is not a bank, does not process financial transactions, and does not connect to your bank account. You choose what to track; dividi does not access or move money in bank accounts.
In dividi, a card is an expense organizer: the app stores only a nickname, bank name (free text), network, and color. The full number, CVV, and expiry date are not requested or stored. Sign-in uses an email link, Google, or Apple; Apple or Google also processes the Premium subscription.

App integrity verification
Integrity verification (App Check) uses Apple’s App Attest and Google’s Play Integrity as signals that help protect access to our servers.
Passwordless sign-in
Sign in via a link sent to your email or through Google and Apple. When you sign in with Google, dividi may receive and use profile information provided by Google to identify the account. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
Data minimization
Usage analytics is limited to controlled technical categories. Usage events never store names, free-form descriptions, card nicknames or raw monetary amounts.

Voice expenses use speech recognition to prepare a draft with a description, amount, and category. To use the feature, allow microphone and speech recognition permissions. You always review the draft before saving.
Records related to voice expenses are handled according to the Privacy Policy. You always review everything before saving.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and consent withdrawal. Just ask through the app settings or via support@dividiapp.com — we reply within 15 days.
Deletion that actually deletes
When you delete your account, data is immediately removed from active systems. Backup copies are erased within 30 days. See the step-by-step at account and data deletion.
